The man behind the special recipe is a tour-guide turned ice cream genius, Harun Yalcin, and who recreated the traditional texture of dondurma with unconventional botanical ingredients.

Freshly made in-house every day, their ice cream is literally a Turkish delight! Their most popular ice cream flavours include rose, molasses, halva and pistachio.

If you’re not that into ice cream cones, the Künefe is a sweet pastry you can cheese pull the crap out of, with some Turkish coffee brewed on hot sand.
